He was not pushy calling me back like some other installers and happy to talk through options.

Craig happily came over for a site visit beforehand which was great and answered all of my questions about the process and best placement of the battery. Many other installers I contacted just wanted me to sign up now.

Very happy with the quality of the battery install, it looks great.
